Aim:
This course is designed for anyone who wants to develop or improve their IT skills working with presentation application software.
Length of Study:
9 weeks of tutor support
Entry Requirements:
Students should have basic keyboard skills and be familiar with Microsoft Windows environment
Contents:
Fundamentals; slides; presentations; formatting and animation; powerpoint objects; slide formatting; slide shows
Study Method:
Home or work-based self-study with additional support and advice from personal tutor.
Assessment:
There is no formal assessment, but after completing the course students can, if they wish , obtain a College certificate by taking a final practical assessment.
Comments:
Students require access to a PC with Microsoft Office 2007 software, alsthough access to College computing facilities can be arranged if required.
