Course content:
This award aims to provide participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of training. It is an intensive course, delivered over two days, and is ideal for those who train others in organisations. The award is designed to enable candidates to: adopt a systematic approach to planning (including session planning); reflect on their own previous/current levels of experience; practice and skills, and areas for development; identify principles of planning, designing, delivering sessions and evaluation; develop confidence, communication and inter-personal skills; develop an awareness of their professional role and responsibilities.

No formal entry requirements, however, the award in suitable for those who work or want to train others in an organisation. The award is suitable for those who currently train or want to train others in an organisation
