HND Photography
Course Content:
Subjects include: Fashion Photography, Studio project, Advertising & Photograph, Location Project, Specialist Studio, Press Photography & extensive & challenging Work Experience. An international photo project is offered to students during the term.
SCQF Level: 8
Entry Requirements:
A portfolio of images, digital or conventional, is required. These should show your current skill level in photograph. These will be shown at an informal interview. At entry stage we expect an elevated level of photographic skill, HNC Photography or equivalent.
Study Mode:
Full-Time.
Progression To:
BA Degree Programmes in Photography.
Career Paths:
Entry to the world of professional photography, either as a self-employed freelance photographer or as an employee in the commercial or applied areas of photography. The HND is also appropriate for entry to forensic & medical career options.
