Hair Design - Intensive Course - Pivot Point
Course Content:
This is an intensive 10 months Hair Design programme. Students will study five days each week over two semesters in the year.
The programme has 3 levels - Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level is designed to cover all core aspects of the Hairdressing Industry on a progressive scale, demanding an increase in competence at each level. Theoretical knowledge and practical training are covered in areas such as Client Relations, Ladies & Gents Haircutting, Permanent Waving, Hair Colouring, Long Hair, Hair & Scalp Disorders & Treatments. Salon Reception is also included in the programme.

Entry Requirements:
This course is suitable for highly motivated individuals with a mature outlook and a desire to fast track an intensive hairdressing programme. Although no formal academic qualifications are required, applicants will be expected to have attained a good level of literacy and numeracy, have excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed in the Hairdressing Industry. All applicants will be interviewed prior to the course.
