There are 3 different qualifications available:
The Award in Management and Leadership is a concise qualification which enables you to strengthen and develop your middle management knowledge through focusing on specific management areas. You need to successfully complete at least one unit to a minimum of 6 credits. The Award can take as little as 2 to 3 weeks.
The Certificate in Management and Leadership is a more extensive qualification enabling you to focus on broadening your middle management knowledge and skills whilst still maintaining the flexibility to focus on the specific management areas. You need to successfully complete a combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The Certificate can take between 1 to 3 months.
The Diploma in Management and Leadership is a comprehensive qualification developing a range of competencies from operational management principles and practices to the development of resource control and use. You need to successfully complete all core units from Group A, at least one core unit from Group B and three optional units from Group C to a minimum total of 62 credits. The diploma can take between 6 to 12 months
