Want to learn about the Heath Care sector?  You can learn and train with Reid Kerr College in Paisley NOW.

Starting this month places are available on a short course aimed at helping young people into employment.  The New College Learning Programme is a training programme designed to give you the knowledge and skills in preparation for working in the Health Care sector.

Maureen MacPherson, Head of Health & Social Care said, “If you are aged between 16 – 24 years you can apply for a place on this short course, which is combined with a work placement within the Heath Care sector.  You will receive lots of practical training in areas such as Moving & Handling and Prevention of Infection, all key skills that will prepare you for a range of roles in the workplace.”

Limited places are available on this course and you can apply NOW for programmes running until next year.  To find out about ‘Skills for Work: Health’ training starting this month and for a full list of all the New College Learning Programmes at Reid Kerr, please log on to www.reidkerr.ac.uk/studying/new_college_learning_programmes or call the Student Services Team on 0800 052 7343.
